Greeting & Introduction
Good evening everyone, thank you so much for being here today. It’s an honor to be speaking to all of you. Today I’d like to talk about finding strength in difficult times.

Set the Scene
We all have difficult times in life. At times, it can feel too much to bear. But, as we will see, it’s possible to find strength when life throws us a curve ball.

Anecdote
I’d like to tell you a story about a young woman I know. When she was in her late twenties, she was diagnosed with a tumor. At first, she was terrified. How would she cope with a serious illness?

Turning Point
But then, something amazing happened. She found strength in the depths of her despair. She knew that she could beat her illness and reclaim her life.

Support
She found a great team of doctors who supported her every step of the way. They answered her questions and provided emotional support.

Self-Care
She also made self-care a priority. She ate healthy, exercised, and meditated on a regular basis. She also made time for fun activities and hobbies.

Positive Attitude
Most importantly, she maintained a positive attitude. She was determined to beat her illness and live a full and happy life.

Conclusion
This story is a powerful reminder that no matter what life throws at us, we can find the strength within ourselves to overcome it. When life gives you a tumor, find the strength to keep going and never give up. Thank you.
